Our recruitment method is to take things back to basics: to actually meet the people we work with; identify their skills, abilities and experiences; and, most importantly, gain an understanding of their motivators and career aspirations. This enables us to connect you to an employer with a compatible culture, creating matches that are not only successful on a business level but also on a personal level.

This approach might seem old-fashioned to those who are used to standard transactional recruitment, but it works. And we have the results to back it up: over 70% of people we place are still employed after a year.
