As the Service Receptionist, you will be providing professional advice and quality customer service to meet customer requirements, and to assist in the efficient management of the service department.
  
Your tasks will be to act as a contact between the dealerships and customers; coordinate the logistics for service and repairs; inbox management; customer service, including providing advice on the best solution for customers vehicles and ad-hoc administration as needed.
