Senior HR Advisor, $90.00 per hour plus 10% super, Baseline Required

A discrete three month labour hire opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist looking for a varied, service-focused HR Advisory role within a high-profile environment.

Joining a team of HRBP's, the lucky candidate will be servicing around 100 employees and covering all aspects of both operational and strategic HR advice. 

A service-focused HR model, the right candidate will demonstrate a wide breadth of generalist experience and be comfortable managing both complex and sensitive HR issues while building strong relationships across the Office.

The right person has a unique ability to bring:
  • Superior interpersonal, coaching, negotiation and consultative skills and the ability to provide accurate advice to staff and managers on a range of complex and sensitive issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal two-way communication with the ability to present high-quality, concise information and to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, advise and support leaders of the business on a range of complex HR, organisational and employee relations issues.
  • Demonstrated customer focus in delivering HR business services, including the ability to anticipate and resolve problems with practical and positive solutions taking into account the needs of the business.
In additional, anyone with a demonstrated ability with payroll software like Aurion HRIS would be highly regarded.

Senior WHS Adviser, $70.00 per hour plus 10% super, Baseline Required

An awesome opportunity for an experienced WHS Advisor to join this small HR Team to help develop the WHS strategy for this high-profile organisation.

The position works across the full range of legislative and regulatory aspects including WHS compliance, risk management, safety management systems, training, policies, procedures, pro-active injury management, and last but not even close to least - providing an exceptional level of WHS advice to the staff of around 100, whilst being dedicated to continuous improvement.

The 6 month contract has opportunity to extend past the initial term - this isn't just a placeholder - we want someone committed to the cause!

The right person will have a strong background collaborating with diverse teams and bring to the role, an exceptional ability to engage and manage stakeholders. They bring a customer-service approach to manage the full range of complex and sensitive WHS issues.

Prior experience developing an injury mitigation framework, raising awareness of wellbeing and hazard prevention will be ideal for this role. As would experience working with the business in the design, delivery and implementation of communication strategies.

To be successful you must also hold a Cert IV in WHS (BSB42012/BSB41415 or BSB41407/BSB41604) and/or the relevant tertiary qualification or professional experience.
