This is a small team who operate a busy and successful organisation providing legal consulting and resourcing services. This role will report to the newly appointed Operations Manager and provide a wide range of administrative tasks in support of operations.
Tasks include, but are definitely not limited to:
- EA support to the CEO and Chair - diary and travel management
- General office administration ensuring daily tasks run smoothly
- Legal resourcing support such as drafting job advertisements and scheduling interviews
- Reception duties and office cleanliness
- Document management in LEAP
