Ideally, we are looking for someone with a few years’ experience in recruitment and is as adaptable as they are quick on the uptake. If you’re ready for a new corporate challenge, have strong attention to detail and are happy to lend a helping hand when needed this may just be the job for you.
This is a small team who operate a busy and successful organisation providing legal consulting and resourcing services. This role will report to the newly appointed Operations Manager and provide a wide range of administrative tasks in support of operations.
A day in the life of your new role includes, but is not limited to:
- General recruitment administration, including reference checks, pre-screening and job adverts.
- General office administration ensuring daily tasks run smoothly
- Stakeholder engagement, including phone calls to clients and candidates
This dynamo team strongly encourages a strong team dynamic, busy times require all hands-on deck, so while the above tasks are important and core to the role, it will be more varied depending on demand.
