You will possess strong communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with internal and external clients.
Main duties will include:
- Following through with tenant requests in a timely manner, eg; programming and issuing access control cards and keys
- Using your exceptional customer service skills to build positive relationships with tenant representatives
- Communicating both oral and written to tenants and internal and external stakeholders
- Taking minute meetings
- Ensuring the Property Manager is kept informed of all tenant related queries
- Ensuring all associated property operations administration reports and correspondence is filled when completed
