Elliott Gray are proud to be partnering with Diabetes Australia as they forge forward toward another three important years administering one of the Nations most important programs - the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS).
Diabetes Australia is the national organisation supporting all people living with or at risk of diabetes. Their motto is to put people first.

Working in collaboration with member organisations, consumers, health professionals, researchers, and the community, Diabetes Australia bring the NDSS to life through a team of dedicated and passionate people all focused on enhancing the lives of people with diabetes. They are driven with the common goal of assisting Australians in the understanding and management of a life with diabetes, providing them with the resources and services to minimise the impact of Diabetes and improve their overall health outcomes.
Pivotal to the achievement of this goal is the Programs Coordinator. Reporting to the National Manager Programs NDSS, the Programs Coordinator will play a vital role in the administration and coordination of all the activities required to achieve this goal.

What does this involve? The key here is leadership and variety!

Firstly, the Coordinator will work across the entire Programs team to lead the coordination and outputs of the team, ensuring team priorities are met and delivered upon. While this role has a large team lead component, don't think it is all about directing! It is a hands-on role that leads from the front in all areas of support and coordination - providing secretarial support and administrative coordination to a wide group of internal and external stakeholders; creating and maintaining effective KPI monitoring systems and reports; managing the resource development and maintenance processes and procedures; and working in close collaboration with the wider team to meet the deliverables and goals of the NDSS operations.

This is a busy and varied role that will take a highly skilled professional administrator with their finger on the pulse, and the agility to bend and mold with rapidly changing priorities. A doer; the successful person will have a flair for writing across a variety of mediums and a keen eye for detail when it comes to editing and formatting.

To be successful you will be team orientated with prior experience managing the workflow and outcomes of a team. You will bring demonstrated contract management and reporting experience, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Personally, you are calm, measured, mature and professional. You know how to manage changing priorities and understand that sometimes you will need to take a directive and run with it

In return, you will have a fulfilling career working to support fellow Australians. You will receive a good remuneration package and have the ability to access the charitable FBT entitlements available in this charitable organisation.

Please apply today! This is a currently vacant position so we are ready to hire you! We look forward to telling you all about this exciting opportunity to make an impact!
