We are looking for a high performing Practice Assistant with experience in a professional services environment. As Practice Assistant, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice. You will be working directly to the Partner as well as supporting the team of Lawyers.   

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Providing client service to external and internal clients
  • Management of billing process throughout the month
  • Document and file management
  • Assisting with the preparation of complex documents, ensuring compliance with firm style
  • Diary management for practice Partner and Lawyers
  • Workflow management for practice
