We are presenting an awesome opportunity to further your APS career in the pursuit of improvement to the work health and safety of millions of Australians. 

Who are you?
You are a senior policy officer with proven experience working on challenging policies through a strong analytical lens. You are confidence with both written and verbal communications and hold strong problem-solving skills. 

Ideally you will be confident in all things policy, this role is designed for general policy candidates with the ability to analyse, interpret, draft and review all policy and procedure. You must hold an Australian citizenship and be eligible to obtain a baseline security clearance if not already held. 

Some things you will be doing!
You will be expected to prepare reports, briefing papers and discussion papers as well as high level stakeholder correspondence. You should be autonomous in conducting research and analysis activities in support of new policy. while showcasing sounds judgement in drafting policy documents and advice.
