Are you highly analytical, with a background in finance, law, business or economics?

Looking to consolidate your private sector consulting experience and apply your skills to policy development within the insurance sector?

We are looking for a real go-getter with skills in research and analysis to help this small team deal with the big issues facing the insurance industry. Those issues are broad but cover areas such as modernisation of life insurance products, insurance affordability, the colonisation of cyber insurance and other hot political topics!

How? By conducting research on economical and legal insurance matters, draft advice to government on insurance policy and assist in the development of legislation to implement the Government's insurance policy commitments.

This is a great opportunity to break free from your consulting background and start to take a lead in areas like stakeholder engagement with key members of the industry and regulators.  Work on issues that have direct human impact!

A career move with a strong path ahead, this role is available due to recent promotions.

You are perfect if you come from a prior role consulting, have a legal or legislative background, or just have a great ability to think strategically and conceptualise solutions! No prior government experience needed!

The take-away? This role can suit people from a variety of backgrounds and can be located in Canberra or Sydney. It is your chance to gain experience in a central Agency and add government advisory as a key skill to your CV!

Great salary on offer with 15.4% super, a true dedication to flexible work and even the opportunity to take this on part-time! Please apply today or enquire by contacting Alex Elliott on 0468554655 or at alex@elliottgray.com.au
