If working in a busy environment sounds like your thing, you could expect your duties to be split equally between the provision of assistance and support to the team as well as the overall administration. These include but are not limited to:
- Provision of high-level assistance and support for the Division’s Director.
- Management of all Policy enquiries including incoming calls and various Policy inboxes.
- Handle various communications with external and internal stakeholders as required, manage travel for the team and group members.
- Provision of reception duties when needed
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate the coordination of various documentation i.e., submissions, memos, and letters
