They are now seeking new Office Manager/Executive assistant to support and manage the CEO. This will include the coordination of office operations and procedures, while providing extensive administrative and executive assistance. Working as part of the Rowing Australia team, you must naturally be proactive, efficient and be a detailed oriented individual with the capabilities to perform in such role or previous experience in an Office Manager/EA position.
In this position you must be capable of applying initiate and enthusiasm in a professional manner. You must have the ability to work in a small and dynamic office environment, while also being available to attend events and functions as required for this nationally recognised organisation. This position will be based at Rowing Australia in Yarralumla, ACT but will also require travel to Rowing Australia Penrith, NSW to conduct various tasks.
The possession of high level written and verbal communication skills are key for this role while also showing experience of using Microsoft Office products matched with excellent time management skills showing your ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
