Joining the team as a member of the Lexus sales team, located in Phillip. For this role you will need to be a driven individual (haha pun!) who has a can-do attitude. To deliver arguably the best client interaction experience Lexus has to offer, we are seeking a motivated individual with a strong background in customer service. You will also be someone that is eager to take on the challenge of working with an extremely established and recognised brand across Australia. Here you will be the face of the showroom for everything Lexus.
In this position you will be the knowledge bank and first point of contact for customers looking to purchase a new motor vehicle. With this, you will develop the ability to follow a sales process end to end and deliver outcomes that will be well renumerated for your efforts. You will have to maintain and meet KPI’s and NPS scores, working alongside an internal trainer to keep you on track and show you the road to success.
