This opportunity is a varied role that encompasses both ICT support and administrative support to the team.
You are the in-house ICT support for the firm! You will be the main contact point for everyone in the firm assisting them with their IT queries and issues. You will need to analyze and trouble shoot business system issues, manage external suppliers and work with the IT partner to implement project solutions. Prior knowledge of the LEAP legal management system will enable you to properly provide support and assist the team in using the system to its full potential.
The administration component to this role will involve a wide variety of ad hoc administrative tasks around the office, providing the legal team with support in ensuring that invoices, credit card statements and other ICT related billing documents are reviewed and scheduled for payment in a timely manner. Last but not least, to create an operations manual of all systems, regular processes, certificate updates, procedures to ensure the office runs smoothly and there is consistency in delivery.

The following would be a good start!
- Microsoft Office 365 knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of the legal LEAP management system.
- Exceptional written communication and drafting skills.
- Strong communication, customer service skills and experience.
- The ability to provide technical advice to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to draft letters and assist the business in legal matters.
