Your first port of call, is to create and implement an L&D framework to ensure the team has clear growth opportunities in the firm. Beyond this, your role as the HR Manager is based on a generalist approach and you will not only be responsible for strategy, but you are the type of person that also gets your kicks from rolling up your sleeves and getting into the delivery. You are a proactive trouble-shooter, have a strong working knowledge of HR policy and legislation, and are looking to sink your teeth into a generalist role with a truly prestigious organisation.
