APS4 HR Advisor - Helpdesk

This is no entry-level position! Instead, this is where you will bring your skills, experience and passion for HR helpdesk and propel it further. 

The first point of contact for all HR-related enquiries, your exceptional customer-centric service will see you handling these 600 plus queries a week like a pro! You will bring the energy and drive to really take ownership and prove yourself in this busy but rewarding role.

One to take the initiative - you will be driven to succeed in your role, demonstrating your strong research skills to undertake self-initiated research to enable the provision of accurate and complex advice.

APS5 HR Advisor - Helpdesk

For this role we need a true experienced HR Helpdesk professional! Your energy and passion for this work is evident in your service-first approach to everything you do!

You are a real go-getter who can see that this role will provide you with the experience, networks and opportunities to reward your commitment and hard work with the further diversification of your HR experience as your career progresses.

So, what else do you need to know?

Both roles are available on a non-ongoing basis for 12 months (S26 option included) with view to permanency down the track.

Minimum of a baseline clearance is required - no flexibility on this one sorry.

Flexible working conditions on offer - you can work from home for up to 4 days a week if you it to fit your personal work style.

HR Helpdesk experience is essential - ATO, Service Australia, Health - these are all good places to have built your experience!
