They are now on the lookout for their new Finance Officer to join their team. In this role, you will provide administrative and financial support in both accounts payable and accounts receivable. This will include being responsible in assisting with financial accounting activities such as bank reconciliations and month end reporting.
To be a successful applicant for this role you’ll either have completed or be completing a tertiary qualification in a finance related field. You will need the ability to obtain a security clearance as particular parts of you work could require it. You will need to demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude as well as a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation. Finally, experience in working with accounts payable and accounts receivable is desirable.
This role will also include but not be limited to the following duties:
- Enter supplier invoices
- Reconciliation of customers’ accounts
- Prepare client and company internal invoicing
- Provide administrative support
- Review expenses and travel reports
