The position is available now and you will be joining the team who provide meaningful NDIS services, home and community support - Care Plus Services!   
With a seasoned COO joining the organisation, he has plans to take this already successful organisation to even greater heights! As their Finance Manager, you will have the ability to own and shape the section to ensure the smoothest of operations.

What does the BAU stuff look like?
  • Directing all aspects of the daily running of the accounts department
  • Creating new processes for AP, AR & PAYROLL to improve efficiency
  • Claiming of weekly charges from the government agency (NDIA) and liaise with the agency with any enquires
  • Daily reconciliation of all company accounts
  • Processing weekly payroll of more than 200 employees and all aspects of payroll related
  • Producing weekly staff hours report and working closely with HR to ensure compliance with the awards
  • Coordinating with the management team, clients, and staff to solve discrepancies
  • Performing month end process including payroll tax for both ACT and NSW, ACT portable long service leave and BAS lodgement, month end wage dissection journals & amortization journals
  • Providing monthly financial reports to the directors including financial performance analysis
  • Preparation for the annual budget & forecast
  • Liaising with government agency and relevant parties to work on business modules
  • Providing quotes for supported independent living
