Elliott Gray are extremely excited to be partnering up with another brilliant local organisation - Show Pony Events. The team at Show Pony Events will tailor your event to meet your vision. They are a hands-on boutique company that specialises in unique and high impact events. Their services include, but are not limited to gala balls, weddings, cocktail parties, outdoor events, conferences, fundraising events, product launches, birthday parties and seasonal celebrations. They love the thrill of a challenge and thrive on pushing the boundaries of event design and production. 

We are thrilled to be working with them to bring you on as their new Events Manager. For this role, creativity and imagination is key as you will play a vital part in bringing clients dreams alive for their special day. For this, time management and your ability to prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are hit, are imperative to being successful. 

You will be someone that has experience in stakeholder management and customer service as you will be guiding clients through the entire process of coordinating their event. This will include acting as the first point of contact, discussing and consulting on certain design aspects, communicating with contractors, and providing support of the day of the event. Combining all of these aspects will see their vision come to life and make it a memorable and smooth experience. 

Working in Events is not for the faint hearted, we want someone that is passionate about this line of work as once you build your 'desk' - and given Show Pony's fantastic reputation for their brilliant events - your workload will increase in no time. This organisation acts as a tight knit family and is considered a flat organisation, so we are seeking someone that is not afraid to jump outside their lane and put their hand up to help when needed.
