To be successful you will need to be an experienced HR practitioner with experience, or at least a demonstrated ability to transfer experience, into the delivery of strategic HR solutions to workforce planning issues in a project environment.
With the first round of workforce planning complete, this Department is now looking for an strong and experienced EL1 HR Manger to focus on the delivery of report recommendations.
The priorities for your first 12 months will focus on the following types of projects:
- Increasing capability across the organisation;
- risk management for effective succession planning; and
- Talent attraction.
An analytical approach to HR is absolutely what is required in the skill set we will be sourcing for this role.
Available on a 12 month non-ongoing contract, with options to choose a labour-hire contract for someone exceptional, this role is a great opportunity to later apply for permanency in a highly-sought after Government Department.
