They are now on the lookout for their next team member to assist the Directors Executive Assistant in their daily task. As the Debt and Claims Assistant you will the right-hand person providing support on the submission process for our client’s insurance claims. Your tasks will involve making phone calls to stakeholders both internally and externally to follow up on the progression and status of the claims. You will need to have the skills to converse about outstanding invoices with clients and escalate issues up to higher management. Finally, you will manage any Ad Hoc duties and provide administrative relief to your manager when required.
To be the successful applicant for this role, we are looking for someone with a defined work history that illustrates both commitment and loyalty. You will have the ability to demonstrate your attention to detail, client service and administrative prowess. This position requires you to be engaging, attentive and show you care about providing the best outcomes possible. Lastly, we are looking for someone who is a team player and has the confidence to work in an unsupervised environment but can deliver outcomes.
