Supporting the coordination and delivery of key initiatives associated with AustCyber’s role in growing the Australian ecosystem, you will be integral in contributing this mission. Specifically, you and the team work with cyber security education providers, cyber security startups and scaleups, as well as government agencies on the implementation of initiatives that contribute to building essential infrastructure that supports the sustainable growth of the cyber security community. Your key duties include the following; 
  • Deliver key corporate requirements against AustCyber’s Funding Agreement with the Commonwealth as an Industry Growth Centre.
  • Deliver key reporting requirements against AustCyber’s contracts with State and Territory governments.
  • Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, provide high quality analysis of the data.
  • Support key AustCyber stakeholders to deliver an effective project management office function under the Objectives and Key Results methodology, supporting weekly team collaboration meetings and project information management.
  • Provide efficient and effective operation of the Secretariat function for the AustCyber Board.
  • Contribute positively to team goals, generate new ideas and provide sound advice and recommendations on workflow around specific areas of work.
  • Ensure designated project tasks are kept to schedule and all milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to share lessons learned and to implement best practices.
