Elliott Gray has a great contract available for an analytical thinker with a appreciation or knowledge of working within a risk-based regulatory framework to assist with the regulatory compliance of Australia’s therapeutic goods legislation relating to the import, export, manufacture, supply and advertising of therapeutic goods.

Working within a busy section responsible for the assessment of compliance and monitoring of the import, export, manufacture, supply, and advertising of therapeutic goods, your role will be to support the overall function tasked with assessing and identifying alleged breaches of relevant legislation.

This is a role that will suit someone with a great ability to analyse complex information and know how to develop a supportive argument to evidence to your findings and recommended actions. You will be a confident and concise writer, able to draft and issue official correspondence in accordance with relevant Government policy and legislation. This includes preparing compliance documentation for relevant stakeholders regarding alleged breaches.

So, if you are someone who loves compliance, regulation, legislation and even pharmaceuticals then this would be a great role for you. As the APS4 in the team you will also gain the exposure and experience in the assessment and management of large, more complex cases.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a unique regulatory environment. The lucky person will need to demonstrate a solid understanding of an Australian risk-based regulatory framework (a knowledge of the TGA's regulatory framework would be ideal - but not critical) and be an exceptional communicator. You will only succeed if you have an analytical approach and dedication to complex problem solving.

Prior experience in a compliance role would be great, as would a Certificate IV in Government Investigations. However, if you can demonstrate relevant skills and experience and a genuine interest in this area that will also go a long way toward your application!

This role closes Wednesday September 15th so please apply now with your CV and a cover letter explaining why you are the one we are looking for.

Ability to secure a baseline clearance is essential (better if you already have one) so please only Australian Citizens apply.
